When you book a tour through a link here, you book it on Viator at Viator's own price. You pay nothing extra. Viator then pays me a small share of what you spend.
That share is how the site earns. It does not change your price, and it does not change which tours I recommend.
How that affects what you read
I pick the tours I would book myself, and I say plainly when one is not worth it. A tour is never recommended because it pays more, and “no” is a valid answer on any page.
Where I compare tours, the order is my judgement, not the commission.
What is not paid for
The island, place, trail and weather pages carry no affiliate links and earn nothing. They are here because they are useful.
No tour operator, hotel or tourism board pays to appear here or to be written about.
